Our Ministry's Agenda:

A. Locate and establish four retirement centers. These will be named Havens of Rest (click here to view the site plan). There will be at least one home at each site reserved for a terminated minister. There will also be a site established as a retreat center for ministers, named Obidiah’s Cave. The Gilgal Ministry will eventually be based at the retreat center.

B. Establish a base of support.

1. Spiritual and emotional – locate a church or churches that will lovingly accept and minister to the minister and his family.

2. Financial – develop an effective avenue of support. Possible areas to develop are:

a. Ministers

b. Churches

c. Concerned Laymen

d. Businesses

C. Location of Ministry. Priority will be given with the following considerations.

1. Location of churches willing to love, accept and minister to these families.

2. Availability of secular employment.*

3. Availability of counseling.*

4. Possibility for continuing education.*

5. Availability of medical facilities.

Development of Ministry:

A. Personal contacts. Visit churches, associations, civic groups, and mission groups as available.

B. Brochures and newsletters.

C. Advertisements and news releases.

D. Build a website (in progress).

* These areas designated primarily for terminated ministers.
